I worked for the school's IT department, doing desk side assistance, if anything breaks for the students/teachers I will assist them and fix the issue - what ever it may be. I also lead the project to upgrade all computers to the newer version of windows, creating images and dispersing them on the machines with the proper settings for students to keep them secure and protected while using the shared computers. As well as upgrading the faculties computers and getting them all up to date with software and even hardware.
